  6. Hello, it's very useful tips. I'd like to share my own. My husband is a junk food nut he brings stuff home all the time even when I tell he no. But what you have to is decide which one you want more, a healthier sexier body or that junk food that's going to keep you struggling with your weight. Honestly at first I thought he was doing it to keep me overweight it seem the more I gained the happier he got..
